We are very proud to support the 2010 Urban Meyer Scramble for Kids that benefits Children’s Home Society, A Girl’s Place and the Boys and Girls Club. This year the scramble raised $94,000 for the charities, which is awesome! The banquet, which took place on Wednesday night at the Touchdown Terrace, included fabulous food from Ballyhoo Grill, Bento Café, KB’s Kake Kreations, Ristorante Deneno, and Stonewood Grill and Tavern. Coach did his part, auctioning off sideline passes to LSU and SC games this coming season. A great time was had by all.
Then on Friday the scramble began. Children’s Home Society Women’s Auxiliary provided yummie baked goods for the golfer. Coach Meyer showed off his golfing skills with Sister Hazel’s Drew Copeland as part of his foursome.
Thanks again coach Meyer and all the sponsors for helping to make this year’s Scramble a fabulous event. Until next year…
